Glasgow Film lead in the discovery of film and the moving image, where audiences of all ages can immerse themselves in and learn about the magnificence of film.

At Glasgow Film Festival 2016 we’ll be hosting our first year of industry events – Industry Focus.

Spanning Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 February, the first day will see a host of presentations and panels covering a wide range of filmmaking topics that will offer new perspectives and inspire ideas whether you’re an industry veteran or just starting out. 

The second day will feature panels of funders, broadcasters, distributors and exhibitors discussing what opportunities are available for filmmakers and advice on what they’re looking for.

The Behind the Scenes strand will also return from the 18 – 27 February with a different discussion every day for enthusiast film fans and budding filmmakers. The Behind the Scenes strand will remain free.
